Today I finally took action to get them, I went to Olsen Orthodontics in Fayetteville NC and it was truly the best experience anyone could ask for, the process was smooth/speedy. Peri was very helpful and friendly, everyone were super nice and made the process extremely easy. I know braces can be pricey but they do have amazing specials and payment plans they offer to best fit your needs. I was so nervous but everyone made me feel so comfortable. The x-rays were top quality and was the major factor in my decision making to move forward with getting braces on my 1st visit. I love that they allow monthly payments as well. I am back again for aligners to just fix my minor-minor shifting, due to losing my retainers about 5-6 months ago. Raven was an absolute joy! She welcomed me with a smile and made the teeth imaging process efficient, quick and comfortable. 10/10 recommend this clinic!! Also, my son is 5 and autistic. "I had Invisalign treatment with Dr. Justin and the experience was exemplary from the start to the finish. His staff are professional, the check in process is easy, the appointments run on time. Dr. Justin himself is a very compassionate, friendly, detail oriented individual who clearly explains the pros and cons of each treatment plan in a way that is easily understandable. He and his staff made the undertaking of orthodontic care approachable and less overwhelming, and I feel assured my care is in the hands of an expert. Dr. Jase delivered the treatment and he was great as well. I will be referring anyone I know who is in need of orthodontic care to the Olsen office.UPDATE:I am nearing the end of my Invisalign treatment and am absolutely thrilled with my results! I understand that I was a technically challenging case but my teeth look better than I ever thought they could look. In my entire 18 months of treatment and multiple visits I was always treated with the utmost friendliness and courtesy, and my options were always explained in language I could understand. "At the end of my visit when I got the braces I was given a bag with no explanation on how to brush or floss with them in. This was very frustrating. I loss a bracket and had to return to the office. On that visit I asked the tech to show me how to floss because she neglected to do that on last visit. She said I will send you video which I never received.I am a strong believer of giving recognition when, where and to whom it's due and I want to take this opportunity to shine a spot light on Julianna. She was the tech who waited on me today in the Fayetteville office of Olsen orthodontist. Julianna was reassuring knowledgeable and very professional, she explained every step of the way what is being done. I asked about flossing and she took her time showing me different ways of flossing and how to apply the wax to areas prone to irritation. After my second set of braces as an adult Olsen Orthodontics made my smile perfect. Again, being irresponsible I kept breaking my retainers. Four times now he has taken me back as a non-compliant patient lol and fixed the little imperfections I see. Each time he gets my smile back to perfection. I tried another orthodontist for a replacement retainer and treatment to push a tooth back into place. I was over charged and it didnt work.The staff have been nothing but amazing.
