"Such a wonderful clean office and pleasant staff! Quickly booked appointments and quick getting the braces on SAME day. We do have insurance but it did not cover them, however after asking around and being told they were the best and being recommended by many people In my community I chose them for my family.So far we love them.Pricing is fair and comes with a lifetime retainer replacementSo far i have 2 of my kiddos as their patients and soon will be adding my 3rd.I would absolutely recommendI would absolutely have to say in my opinion they are worth the money plus some.Kindness goes a long way.Respect.Cleanliness.Being on time.These things matter.The process was smoothe and easy and as a busy mom I really appreciate that.They are very informal and patient with questions.Again I cannot say enough I highly recommend them.And I am not someone easily pleased.Keep up the good work. "Olsen Orthodontics is amazing!! I was wowed from the time I entered the building at the aesthetics and even more pleased with the friendly atmosphere.The staff are top tier; very engaging and welcoming. Raven and Makenzie started us off with photos and X-rays and then Dawn took us the rest of the way.Dr. Gordon was so personable and engaged both my 17 yo and me in conversation about things that mattered to us. Customer service was AMAZING!!I was shocked that we were able to do same day service. My daughter walked in for a consult and walked out with braces! I can't remember the young lady who put my daughter's braces on, but she was so down to earth and her work was precise.I also love that they support local organizations like our food bank and animal shelters from donations by patients and we receive a discount off of our services up to $1000 when we donate.We honestly felt like we'd been going there for years because of the way we were treated. Definitely recommend!!"

We had back to back appointments for a good dental cleaning and they were able to work in the second appointment earlier!The team is always great, smiling and making my daughter feel at ease. Between the folks in the back, and the receptionist up front, we feel very, very lucky to have a great team taking care of our daughter. 10/10!Had to come back because my kid lost their retainer. They got us in really fast and we were in and out in one day!"

"I can't say enough amazing things about Olsen Ortho! They are always accommodating and go beyond what they are required to do. I wasn't going to share but figured since people are so quick to share negative experiences, I should share my positive one that I had. Yesterday, my daughter did not have an appointment and her retainer wire was bent. They called her back very quickly (mind you we were there first thing in the morning, so I understand that may have helped) fixed her retainer and sent her on her way in less than 1 hour. The atmosphere there is always amazing, and I truly believe the doctors and all staff genuinely care about their patients and their families. I recommend them to anyone. Iâm not sure about anyone else, but for me, the weekly trays were comfortable to wear, and within a week, I was more used to having them in, than not. Today I finally took action to get them, I went to Olsen Orthodontics in Fayetteville NC and it was truly the best experience anyone could ask for, the process was smooth/speedy. Peri was very helpful and friendly, everyone were super nice and made the process extremely easy. I know braces can be pricey but they do have amazing specials and payment plans they offer to best fit your needs. I was so nervous but everyone made me feel so comfortable. They are very considerate and thoughtful. I was given a nice goody bag with some essentials and a cute shirt upon leaving ! I was always insecure about my teeth/smile however the braces have changed that already ! Highly recommend, if you are considering braces/Invisalign , do not walk, RUN ! The x-rays were top quality and was the major factor in my decision making to move forward with getting braces on my 1st visit. Dr. Gordon did an excellent job in explaining the current condition of my teeth and how the braces will work during 18 months of wearing them.The entire staff was so proficient in addressing all my questions and concerns. "I'm still trying to figure out "WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE" LOL?? I never met a staff like these people. They were very pleasant, helpful, understanding, and just plain old awesome. They were quick, asked probing questions to help me understand the process for my first time getting braces. However, there is more to this. The best part for me was when the consultation was FREE! Everyone else want to charge a $100 bucks and so forth not just that I don't have an insurance and they work with you on payment arrangements. Sam gave me an awesome tour and she was like awesome sauce. The tour was wonderful, you have a gaming room for your kids if they come with you on the visit to play video games. I just love the whole set up. Sam and Jas which are the Orthodontics, broke everything down. Even down to pricing (which were great prices by the way). OH!
