"I had my braces for 2 years and 4 months, and I absolutely LOVE my smile! One thing I really appreciated was that I never felt like they were rushing to take my braces off. They made sure my teeth were ready and that I was completely comfortable with my results. As I got closer to getting them removed, they continued asking if there was anything I didn’t like or wanted to change, which made me feel like they genuinely cared about making sure I loved my final smile.I also love how efficient they are. When you have an appointment at a certain time, you’re usually called back around your actual appointment time instead of sitting there all day. The office is always very clean and sanitary, the staff is friendly and helpful, and I love the complimentary hot drinks and water!I also really appreciated how willing they were to work with me financially. My original payment amount felt like a lot at once, so I asked if they could split my payments, and they worked with me to make everything more affordable. Because of that, I was able to stay on top of every payment. I also love that my retainers were included in my treatment because I know people who finished braces elsewhere and then realized they couldn’t afford their retainers.Overall, I felt listened to and cared for throughout my entire treatment. The staff is amazing, the office is beautiful and clean, and the ladies always smell amazing too 😂. Most importantly, I LOVE my new smile and couldn’t be happier with my results. Between the folks in the back, and the receptionist up front, we feel very, very lucky to have a great team taking care of our daughter. 10/10!Had to come back because my kid lost their retainer. They got us in really fast and we were in and out in one day!"

Customer service was AMAZING!!I was shocked that we were able to do same day service. My daughter walked in for a consult and walked out with braces! I can't remember the young lady who put my daughter's braces on, but she was so down to earth and her work was precise.I also love that they support local organizations like our food bank and animal shelters from donations by patients and we receive a discount off of our services up to $1000 when we donate.We honestly felt like we'd been going there for years because of the way we were treated. "I can't say enough amazing things about Olsen Ortho! They are always accommodating and go beyond what they are required to do. I wasn't going to share but figured since people are so quick to share negative experiences, I should share my positive one that I had. Yesterday, my daughter did not have an appointment and her retainer wire was bent. They called her back very quickly (mind you we were there first thing in the morning, so I understand that may have helped) fixed her retainer and sent her on her way in less than 1 hour. The busy office and full schedules with availability out a ways, is your sign that people love Olsen and are willing to wait to be seen.Only recommendation is to make sure that when you schedule the next routine appt, you are absolutely positive you’ll be able to keep it. Otherwise, if you call to reschedule for any reason, you’re looking at pushing the visit another 4-6weeks. There doesn’t appear to be a waitlist they’re using to get patients in sooner that I’m aware of so be prepared or just call to check for openings periodically!"

The employees were so friendly and I’m happy with my smile. I used Invisalign and the change I saw in just over a year was amazing! I honestly can’t believe the outcome and how quickly it took to see results. I’m not sure about anyone else, but for me, the weekly trays were comfortable to wear, and within a week, I was more used to having them in, than not. I went in for my teenage daughter to get evaluated for braces and we both walked out in braces! The treatment coordinator Sam explained everything including affordable payments which were top notch coming from California! Raven was amazing with the xrays. She was gentle and also explained everything. Amber and Tyger placed our brackets and explained the steps. "I'm still trying to figure out "WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE" LOL?? I never met a staff like these people. They were very pleasant, helpful, understanding, and just plain old awesome. They were quick, asked probing questions to help me understand the process for my first time getting braces. However, there is more to this. The best part for me was when the consultation was FREE! Everyone else want to charge a $100 bucks and so forth not just that I don't have an insurance and they work with you on payment arrangements. Sam gave me an awesome tour and she was like awesome sauce. The tour was wonderful, you have a gaming room for your kids if they come with you on the visit to play video games. I just love the whole set up. Sam and Jas which are the Orthodontics, broke everything down. Even down to pricing (which were great prices by the way). OH!
