"I was greeted by the friendly receptionist and shortly escorted to the treatment room by another friendly young lady. We had a nice chat while she assessed my progress over the last 7 weeks. Then Dr. Olsen came in and touched up a minor filing. I’m so pleased with my progress. Ten months ago I expected to be wearing the Invisalign’s for 2 years. Now I should be finishing in about 7 more weeks. I’ve been supported all along by caring staff from Olsen. "I’ve been a patient with Olsen Orthodontist since April 2021 and they have been nothing but helpful and made my process with braces a smooth one. Every appointment has been easy and the staff was amazing. I went to the Fayetteville office and had AB almost every visit my last year and she’s was so easy to talk to with my colors and what was being done. Today January 4 I had my braces taken off and was a little apprehensive about how everything was going to look with the retainer and to my surprise Adela in the Southern Pines office worked wonders and almost brought me to tears when I saw the end result. I would MOST DEFINITELY recommend them for any and all of your orthodontist needs. Thank you all so much and I’m going to miss you but I’m glad to have them off 😊"

"I’m new to the area and needed an orthodontic appointment right away due to the bonding breaking off my permanent retainer. I called Olsen Orthodontics and scheduled an appointment the next day. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. Dr. Justin and Victoria evaluated my issue, explained everything in detail, and offered the best resolution. I was taken care of right away and booked next appointments to complete the replacement process for my retainer.I highly recommend Olsen Orthodontics."

"Absolutely the best experience at Olsen Orthodontists. From day one!! They explained the entire process, they were encouraging and always upbeat & positive. They went out of their way to work around school and traveling appointments. The office blew us away. Game areas for the patients, massage chair for the parents. They have toothbrushes and rinse openly ready. Tv’s above the chair and just an all around cool vibe .. you forgot you where in a office! The most amazing things about this amazing team is the way they treat their patients. We felt like we were the only people in the building. We were never rushed, they asked about school, about our day.. a relationship was formed. They made everything about our experience amazing. "Amazing staff, amazing, latest technology. Friendly doctor and assistants. The place is awesome with a TV on top of the ceiling so you can watch and be entertained while getting the services and you aren't nervous. Great personalities and atmosphere. As a hygienist, I recommend all my orthodontist patients to get a consult with Olsen, since they know what they're doing. If you need an orthodontist, get Olsen! They have a Cary, Southern Pines and Fayetteville location. Great, great place!Edit: updated my review because they are very slow to get to you. If you're in a rush, reserve at least two hours to get tended to. At my ortho removal appointment, I spent 2.5 hours! I was late going back to work because they took forever! And my retainer is subpart. When I asked for a better one, they basically told me no. I'm a dental professional and they still treated me like I didn't know my stuff. Sad, really.Second edit: updated my review again. They're getting really good at being faster. Just don't go if you're in a time crunch. Doctors and staff are very friendly."

"I had an awesome experience yesterday when I went in for my consultation. All of the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They answered all of my questions and were extremely thorough. Dr. Olsen went over everything with me and made sure I understood it all. I go back in about 6 weeks to start my Invisalign treatment, and I'm super excited about it! "Could not be happier with my experience with Olsen Orthodontics! I am a senior citizen with bruxism (grinding at night) and needed braces to correct my bite, crowding of my lower teeth, and to close spaces between some of my upper teeth. It has taken a little over 2 years and I just got my braces off this morning. My teeth are straight, my bite is even and I won’t hesitate to smile any more. The orthodontists and staff are kind and understanding and the office is truly a happy place. Don’t let anyone tell you that you are too old for Othodontic treatment. Everyone deserves a healthy smile."

"Olsen Orthodontics is an amazing facility filled with phenomenal staff. We are a family of four and all of us have used their services. All 3 providers have great bedside manners. Everyone genuinely cares about your smile and your overall well-being. The dental assistants are also great. From start to finish, each one establishes a rapport with you. You tend to forget that you're being seen by a doctor, because everyone treats you as family. The day hardware is removed becomes bittersweet, because you won't see them every 4-6 weeks. I will definitely recommend anyone requiring orthodontic care to Olsen Orthodontics."
"Madison McIntosh has been with Olsen Orthodontics since she was 9 yrs old she is 14 now and getting her braces off. She couldn’t be more excited. This experience has inspired her to want to become an Orthodontist one day. She has been the best patient caring for her teeth and doing exactly what they asked wearing the rubber bands and retainers like she is supposed to. "Love the staff and they truly worked with my daughter through the entire process of having braces. Their patience and willingness to explain to her what they were doing allowed her to feel apart of the process which gave her pride in taking care of her braces and teeth. She felt cool for having braces and not like an outcast with the ability to change her colors each visit (small for others but huge for a preteen).
