"I had an amazing experience at the Olsen office. The place is always immaculate and extremely clean, and everyone there is so nice, professional, and helpful. Ashley was especially great she was always kind, patient, and willing to help with anything I needed. They even gave me a discount on my Invisalign, which I really appreciated. Throughout my treatment, the doctor was very reassuring and made sure I was comfortable and happy every step of the way. They truly made sure I loved my teeth before finishing my treatment. Every staff member I interacted with, whether over the phone or in person, was a pleasure to deal with. "This office is absolutely fantastic. First, it’s beautiful and so well built so a treat to the eyes. Money well spent there. Second and more importantly, the staff and the docs are great. My dentist was Dr. Justin. I think I had a great plan and we made good inroads with my treatment. Initially there was a bit of a mix - up in my plan with having Invisalign vs braces, but they were quick to address it. Unfortunately I had to move states so had to transfer my care elsewhere, but this review was long overdue. Very good care all in all."
"I had Invisalign treatment with Dr. Justin and the experience was exemplary from the start to the finish. His staff are professional, the check in process is easy, the appointments run on time. Dr. Justin himself is a very compassionate, friendly, detail oriented individual who clearly explains the pros and cons of each treatment plan in a way that is easily understandable. He and his staff made the undertaking of orthodontic care approachable and less overwhelming, and I feel assured my care is in the hands of an expert. Dr. Jase delivered the treatment and he was great as well. I will be referring anyone I know who is in need of orthodontic care to the Olsen office.UPDATE:I am nearing the end of my Invisalign treatment and am absolutely thrilled with my results! I understand that I was a technically challenging case but my teeth look better than I ever thought they could look. In my entire 18 months of treatment and multiple visits I was always treated with the utmost friendliness and courtesy, and my options were always explained in language I could understand. During my many appointments I have never seen one unhappy patient there. They also always run efficiently and on time. Cannot recommend this office and Dr. Justin enough."

"If any one needs an orthodontist recommendation I highly recommend OLSEN ORTHODONTICS!After a long 4 years I got my braces off today and I am in awe! The staff and doctors are all truly amazing, the atmosphere is joyous and they are truly a pleasure, I always look forward to my appointments with them.I started my treatment in Germany 4 years ago and when I PCSd here they took me in without hesitation, although I had to pay out of pocket again it was well worth the extra bucks. (I had to pay out of pocket again because I passed the 21 age limit of tricare)Hubby is active duty and sometimes couldn’t watch our babies so I’d have to bring them and the staff was always so loving and friendly to my children. If the baby was getting fussy they would pick him up and play with him and his brother until my service was complete and that just made me love them even more, because as a mom at an appointment alone with crying, agitated children it can be very overwhelming so I was truly thankful for ALL of them!Anywho thanks for reading and please please check them out if you are in need of orthodontic work/ Invisalign work they are a saving grace!"
"Olsen Orthodontics has been a pleasurable experience from start to finish, including a refinement period. The practice offers a wide range of services, the doctors (Jase and Justin) are outstanding professionals, the staff are outgoing and knowledgeable, there are multiple office locations for convenience, and the equipment and supplies are contemporary and sanitary. Notably, Victoria has been an exceptional part of my Invisalign journey. She (along with the doctors and other staff I interacted with) fostered not only a professional relationship, but a personal one, making me feel more than just a patient/client. Driving down to their Cameron and Southern Pine offices from where I now live in Durham after my departure from the area meant that I valued their service and commitment.
