"Great experience, I have been contemplating on braces for years ! Today I finally took action to get them, I went to Olsen Orthodontics in Fayetteville NC and it was truly the best experience anyone could ask for, the process was smooth/speedy. Peri was very helpful and friendly, everyone were super nice and made the process extremely easy. I know braces can be pricey but they do have amazing specials and payment plans they offer to best fit your needs. I was so nervous but everyone made me feel so comfortable. They are very considerate and thoughtful. I was given a nice goody bag with some essentials and a cute shirt upon leaving ! I was always insecure about my teeth/smile however the braces have changed that already ! Highly recommend, if you are considering braces/Invisalign , do not walk, RUN ! You will not regret it :) #VerySatisfied !"
"As soon as I walked in the door and met the receptionist, I knew I was going to have a good experience. The x-rays were top quality and was the major factor in my decision making to move forward with getting braces on my 1st visit. Dr. Gordon did an excellent job in explaining the current condition of my teeth and how the braces will work during 18 months of wearing them.The entire staff was so proficient in addressing all my questions and concerns. At Olsen Orthodontics, they offer a very affordable payment plan that made it much easier to make the decision to get braces. "I have had braces two years here at Olsen Orthodontics and it was amazing. My smile was fixed within a year and the price was affordable and reasonable. I love that they allow monthly payments as well. I am back again for aligners to just fix my minor-minor shifting, due to losing my retainers about 5-6 months ago. Raven was an absolute joy! She welcomed me with a smile and made the teeth imaging process efficient, quick and comfortable. 10/10 recommend this clinic!! Also, my son is 5 and autistic. This clinic is very inclusive and welcoming with those on the spectrum"
"My son not only had a expander put in but then had to have phase 1 of braces for his top teeth. He had everything for right at a year and the results are amazing. He just got his braces off and his teeth look great. We hardly ever had to wait to be seen when checking in and had fast quality services. "At the end of my visit when I got the braces I was given a bag with no explanation on how to brush or floss with them in. This was very frustrating. I loss a bracket and had to return to the office. On that visit I asked the tech to show me how to floss because she neglected to do that on last visit. She said I will send you video which I never received.I am a strong believer of giving recognition when, where and to whom it's due and I want to take this opportunity to shine a spot light on Julianna. She was the tech who waited on me today in the Fayetteville office of Olsen orthodontist. Julianna was reassuring knowledgeable and very professional, she explained every step of the way what is being done. I asked about flossing and she took her time showing me different ways of flossing and how to apply the wax to areas prone to irritation. It was such a relaxing visit because of Julianna attention to my concerns. Please let her know how very pleased I was today she is an asset to your establishment."
"I’ve been a patient with Olsen Orthodontist since April 2021 and they have been nothing but helpful and made my process with braces a smooth one. Every appointment has been easy and the staff was amazing. I went to the Fayetteville office and had AB almost every visit my last year and she’s was so easy to talk to with my colors and what was being done. Today January 4 I had my braces taken off and was a little apprehensive about how everything was going to look with the retainer and to my surprise Adela in the Southern Pines office worked wonders and almost brought me to tears when I saw the end result. "If any one needs an orthodontist recommendation I highly recommend OLSEN ORTHODONTICS!After a long 4 years I got my braces off today and I am in awe! The staff and doctors are all truly amazing, the atmosphere is joyous and they are truly a pleasure, I always look forward to my appointments with them.I started my treatment in Germany 4 years ago and when I PCSd here they took me in without hesitation, although I had to pay out of pocket again it was well worth the extra bucks. (I had to pay out of pocket again because I passed the 21 age limit of tricare)Hubby is active duty and sometimes couldn’t watch our babies so I’d have to bring them and the staff was always so loving and friendly to my children. If the baby was getting fussy they would pick him up and play with him and his brother until my service was complete and that just made me love them even more, because as a mom at an appointment alone with crying, agitated children it can be very overwhelming so I was truly thankful for ALL of them!Anywho thanks for reading and please please check them out if you are in need of orthodontic work/ Invisalign work they are a saving grace!"

I am a senior citizen with bruxism (grinding at night) and needed braces to correct my bite, crowding of my lower teeth, and to close spaces between some of my upper teeth. It has taken a little over 2 years and I just got my braces off this morning. My teeth are straight, my bite is even and I won’t hesitate to smile any more. "I have been with Olsen Orthodontics for about 6 years. I am very particular about my smile. I also have a bad habit about taking care of my retainers. After my second set of braces as an adult Olsen Orthodontics made my smile perfect. Again, being irresponsible I kept breaking my retainers. Four times now he has taken me back as a non-compliant patient lol and fixed the little imperfections I see. Each time he gets my smile back to perfection. I tried another orthodontist for a replacement retainer and treatment to push a tooth back into place. I was over charged and it didnt work.The staff have been nothing but amazing. "I had visited multiple offices before going to Olsen Orthodontics. I'm 40 yrs old so I'm all about good energy. This office has amazing energy. From the front office, billing, the Drs and the assistants were awesome. Plus the inside is sooo up to date and they also play 80's music from Pandora. My fav. It was not about them making money but making the patients' feel comfortable. (Especially when you don't like your teeth being messed with).
