I was wowed from the time I entered the building at the aesthetics and even more pleased with the friendly atmosphere.The staff are top tier; very engaging and welcoming. Raven and Makenzie started us off with photos and X-rays and then Dawn took us the rest of the way.Dr. Gordon was so personable and engaged both my 17 yo and me in conversation about things that mattered to us. Customer service was AMAZING!!I was shocked that we were able to do same day service. My daughter walked in for a consult and walked out with braces! I can't remember the young lady who put my daughter's braces on, but she was so down to earth and her work was precise.I also love that they support local organizations like our food bank and animal shelters from donations by patients and we receive a discount off of our services up to $1000 when we donate.We honestly felt like we'd been going there for years because of the way we were treated. Finally in my big age took the steps made an appointment based of proximity to the office not knowing anything about the establishment.Made an appointment but cancelled, and I loved how the staff kept sending reminders. So I made an appointment and stuck with it.I was so happy a solution and strategy was made on the first appointment then 2 weeks later ,today execution. Got my journey started with the top braces first. Could not be more happy. Great staff, Wonderful Dr. Justin Olsen makes you feel so comfortable. Great vibes , I mean come on why did I wait so long!. "Two of my children are patients here. My 13 year old just got his braces on a couple of months ago and we’ve had a great experience. Everyone is kind and professional. We’re always seen on time, and never feel rushed or like a dollar sign. My younger daughter will definitely need braces at some point, but I love that they are not rushing us. They are great about saying, “let’s try this first” or “let’s wait and see how her teeth do”. We are super happy with Olsen!"

He made us feel very comfortable and reduced the worry that my daughter was feeling.Dr. Justin came in and was very friendly. He was so easy going and approachable that even my shy daughter opened up to him. He was very thorough in his explanations of the X-rays and photos they took. "Olsen has been the orthodontist for two of our children so far. One just finished treatment and another has a little ways to go. We recommend them to everyone. They were the only office years ago to offer a palate expander and we are so thankful we found them. Otherwise, our son would be missing at least 4 teeth and would have a narrower palate. They have been so easy to work with, from start to finish. We will have another one in braces in the near future and we will definitely be going to Olsen."

Put differently, it felt like receiving care from your own family.From the first consult they helped me sequence the treatment around my upcoming wedding and adjusted appointments around a dynamic work schedule, as required.Equally impressive is the ability to complete nearly 18 months of treatment with less than 10 office appointments. The use of a tracking app lets you receive up to 6 months of treatment prior to returning to the office.Finally, each appointment reinforced to me their expertise and passion. Today I finally took action to get them, I went to Olsen Orthodontics in Fayetteville NC and it was truly the best experience anyone could ask for, the process was smooth/speedy. Peri was very helpful and friendly, everyone were super nice and made the process extremely easy. I know braces can be pricey but they do have amazing specials and payment plans they offer to best fit your needs. I was so nervous but everyone made me feel so comfortable. They are very considerate and thoughtful. I was given a nice goody bag with some essentials and a cute shirt upon leaving ! I was always insecure about my teeth/smile however the braces have changed that already ! Highly recommend, if you are considering braces/Invisalign , do not walk, RUN ! She was gentle and also explained everything. Amber and Tyger placed our brackets and explained the steps. They were quick, asked probing questions to help me understand the process for my first time getting braces. However, there is more to this. The best part for me was when the consultation was FREE! Everyone else want to charge a $100 bucks and so forth not just that I don't have an insurance and they work with you on payment arrangements. Sam gave me an awesome tour and she was like awesome sauce. The tour was wonderful, you have a gaming room for your kids if they come with you on the visit to play video games. I just love the whole set up. Sam and Jas which are the Orthodontics, broke everything down. Even down to pricing (which were great prices by the way). OH! (I had to pay out of pocket again because I passed the 21 age limit of tricare)Hubby is active duty and sometimes couldn’t watch our babies so I’d have to bring them and the staff was always so loving and friendly to my children. "I have been with Olsen Orthodontics for about 6 years. I am very particular about my smile. I also have a bad habit about taking care of my retainers. After my second set of braces as an adult Olsen Orthodontics made my smile perfect. Again, being irresponsible I kept breaking my retainers. Four times now he has taken me back as a non-compliant patient lol and fixed the little imperfections I see. Each time he gets my smile back to perfection. I tried another orthodontist for a replacement retainer and treatment to push a tooth back into place. I was over charged and it didnt work.The staff have been nothing but amazing. "Olsen Orthodontics was incredible. I contacted them about having an old bonded retainer removed because it was broken and had started poking me. I called and they scheduled me for a free consultation to find out how much it would cost. This visit included xrays, photos, dental history etc. The Orthodontist sat down with me and made laid out all my options and the finance person gave me the exact price of each of the options. No confusing numbers. I decided I just wanted the retainer removed, not replaced as it was the cheapest option. They explained the possible consequences of that choice but without pressuring me to spend more money. They then were able to take it out the same day so I didn't have to schedule another visit and I paid exactly what they quoted me. Also, when they removed the retainer they took the extra time/care to remove some build-up of plaque beneath the retainer which they could have easily said wasn't their job.The whole office was extremely friendly and welcoming. Would absolutely recommend to anyone."

"I had visited multiple offices before going to Olsen Orthodontics. I'm 40 yrs old so I'm all about good energy. This office has amazing energy. From the front office, billing, the Drs and the assistants were awesome. Plus the inside is sooo up to date and they also play 80's music from Pandora. My fav. It was not about them making money but making the patients' feel comfortable. (Especially when you don't like your teeth being messed with).
