"Olsen Orthodontics is amazing!! I was wowed from the time I entered the building at the aesthetics and even more pleased with the friendly atmosphere.The staff are top tier; very engaging and welcoming. Raven and Makenzie started us off with photos and X-rays and then Dawn took us the rest of the way.Dr. Gordon was so personable and engaged both my 17 yo and me in conversation about things that mattered to us. Customer service was AMAZING!!I was shocked that we were able to do same day service. My daughter walked in for a consult and walked out with braces! I can't remember the young lady who put my daughter's braces on, but she was so down to earth and her work was precise.I also love that they support local organizations like our food bank and animal shelters from donations by patients and we receive a discount off of our services up to $1000 when we donate.We honestly felt like we'd been going there for years because of the way we were treated. Definitely recommend!!"
"Very grateful for Olsen Ortho. I needed braces since a child. Finally in my big age took the steps made an appointment based of proximity to the office not knowing anything about the establishment.Made an appointment but cancelled, and I loved how the staff kept sending reminders. So I made an appointment and stuck with it.I was so happy a solution and strategy was made on the first appointment then 2 weeks later ,today execution. Got my journey started with the top braces first. Could not be more happy. Great staff, Wonderful Dr. Justin Olsen makes you feel so comfortable. Great vibes , I mean come on why did I wait so long!. "Olsen has been the orthodontist for two of our children so far. One just finished treatment and another has a little ways to go. We recommend them to everyone. They were the only office years ago to offer a palate expander and we are so thankful we found them. Otherwise, our son would be missing at least 4 teeth and would have a narrower palate. They have been so easy to work with, from start to finish. We will have another one in braces in the near future and we will definitely be going to Olsen."

Today I finally took action to get them, I went to Olsen Orthodontics in Fayetteville NC and it was truly the best experience anyone could ask for, the process was smooth/speedy. Peri was very helpful and friendly, everyone were super nice and made the process extremely easy. I know braces can be pricey but they do have amazing specials and payment plans they offer to best fit your needs. I was so nervous but everyone made me feel so comfortable. The x-rays were top quality and was the major factor in my decision making to move forward with getting braces on my 1st visit. Dr. Gordon did an excellent job in explaining the current condition of my teeth and how the braces will work during 18 months of wearing them.The entire staff was so proficient in addressing all my questions and concerns. "I have had braces two years here at Olsen Orthodontics and it was amazing. My smile was fixed within a year and the price was affordable and reasonable. I love that they allow monthly payments as well. I am back again for aligners to just fix my minor-minor shifting, due to losing my retainers about 5-6 months ago. Raven was an absolute joy! "This office is absolutely fantastic. First, itās beautiful and so well built so a treat to the eyes. Money well spent there. Second and more importantly, the staff and the docs are great. My dentist was Dr. Justin. I think I had a great plan and we made good inroads with my treatment. Initially there was a bit of a mix - up in my plan with having Invisalign vs braces, but they were quick to address it. Unfortunately I had to move states so had to transfer my care elsewhere, but this review was long overdue. Very good care all in all."

"At the end of my visit when I got the braces I was given a bag with no explanation on how to brush or floss with them in. This was very frustrating. I loss a bracket and had to return to the office. On that visit I asked the tech to show me how to floss because she neglected to do that on last visit. She said I will send you video which I never received.I am a strong believer of giving recognition when, where and to whom it's due and I want to take this opportunity to shine a spot light on Julianna. She was the tech who waited on me today in the Fayetteville office of Olsen orthodontist. Julianna was reassuring knowledgeable and very professional, she explained every step of the way what is being done. I asked about flossing and she took her time showing me different ways of flossing and how to apply the wax to areas prone to irritation. It was such a relaxing visit because of Julianna attention to my concerns. Please let her know how very pleased I was today she is an asset to your establishment."

"This review is long overdue but if you are looking for an orthodontist your search ends here! The staff is truly AMAZING. I went in for my teenage daughter to get evaluated for braces and we both walked out in braces! The treatment coordinator Sam explained everything including affordable payments which were top notch coming from California! Raven was amazing with the xrays. She was gentle and also explained everything. Amber and Tyger placed our brackets and explained the steps. I am a dental assistant and I never share that part because I like to be treated everyone else not special because they know I know and I must say I was so happy with the professionalism this office displays! The office itself has a massage chair and video games for the kids in the waiting as well as coffee and water if you need a little more convincing! This office is top tier. "I'm still trying to figure out "WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE" LOL?? I never met a staff like these people. They were very pleasant, helpful, understanding, and just plain old awesome. They were quick, asked probing questions to help me understand the process for my first time getting braces. However, there is more to this. The best part for me was when the consultation was FREE! Everyone else want to charge a $100 bucks and so forth not just that I don't have an insurance and they work with you on payment arrangements. Sam gave me an awesome tour and she was like awesome sauce. The tour was wonderful, you have a gaming room for your kids if they come with you on the visit to play video games. I just love the whole set up. Sam and Jas which are the Orthodontics, broke everything down. Even down to pricing (which were great prices by the way). OH! Lets's not forget the girl who took pictures of my teeth, can't remember her name. Just everybody was great. Can't wait to get my braces at the end of Feb 2016. WISH ME LUCK"
