"James was covering for Lindsay as treatment coordinator. He was very knowledgeable about potential treatment options. He made us feel very comfortable and reduced the worry that my daughter was feeling.Dr. Justin came in and was very friendly. He was so easy going and approachable that even my shy daughter opened up to him. He was very thorough in his explanations of the X-rays and photos they took. You could just tell that he’s smart and really knows his stuff. We were confident in his ability and felt that we could trust himMy daughter did not end up needing any kind of treatment at the time. They were clear about not offering treatment just for the sake of it, and that they evaluate each patient based on their needs and their growth timeline. This experience with James and Dr. Justin made us feel valued as they took their time with us and ensured we understood everything. "I cannot recommend Olsen Orthodontics highly enough — fantastic Invisalign experience.From the initial consult through retainer delivery the team was thorough, flexible, and compassionate. Put differently, it felt like receiving care from your own family.From the first consult they helped me sequence the treatment around my upcoming wedding and adjusted appointments around a dynamic work schedule, as required.Equally impressive is the ability to complete nearly 18 months of treatment with less than 10 office appointments. The use of a tracking app lets you receive up to 6 months of treatment prior to returning to the office.Finally, each appointment reinforced to me their expertise and passion. Even when I thought I was at a good enough solution, their honest feedback helped me maximize the remainder of treatment — going from good to great.Thanks team, supremely grateful!"

"I had an awesome experience yesterday when I went in for my consultation. All of the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They answered all of my questions and were extremely thorough. Dr. Olsen went over everything with me and made sure I understood it all. I go back in about 6 weeks to start my Invisalign treatment, and I'm super excited about it! "Could not be happier with my experience with Olsen Orthodontics! I am a senior citizen with bruxism (grinding at night) and needed braces to correct my bite, crowding of my lower teeth, and to close spaces between some of my upper teeth. It has taken a little over 2 years and I just got my braces off this morning. My teeth are straight, my bite is even and I won’t hesitate to smile any more. The orthodontists and staff are kind and understanding and the office is truly a happy place. Don’t let anyone tell you that you are too old for Othodontic treatment. Everyone deserves a healthy smile."

"Olsen Orthodontics is an amazing facility filled with phenomenal staff. We are a family of four and all of us have used their services. All 3 providers have great bedside manners. Everyone genuinely cares about your smile and your overall well-being. The dental assistants are also great. From start to finish, each one establishes a rapport with you. You tend to forget that you're being seen by a doctor, because everyone treats you as family. The day hardware is removed becomes bittersweet, because you won't see them every 4-6 weeks. I will definitely recommend anyone requiring orthodontic care to Olsen Orthodontics."

"Madison McIntosh has been with Olsen Orthodontics since she was 9 yrs old she is 14 now and getting her braces off. She couldn’t be more excited. This experience has inspired her to want to become an Orthodontist one day. She has been the best patient caring for her teeth and doing exactly what they asked wearing the rubber bands and retainers like she is supposed to. "The whole team here I cannot speak more highly of. Once we started treatment we became part of the family and we felt it every appointment. Miss Haley, took such great care of my son! "Olsen Orthodontics was incredible. I contacted them about having an old bonded retainer removed because it was broken and had started poking me. I called and they scheduled me for a free consultation to find out how much it would cost. This visit included xrays, photos, dental history etc. The Orthodontist sat down with me and made laid out all my options and the finance person gave me the exact price of each of the options. No confusing numbers. I decided I just wanted the retainer removed, not replaced as it was the cheapest option. They explained the possible consequences of that choice but without pressuring me to spend more money. They then were able to take it out the same day so I didn't have to schedule another visit and I paid exactly what they quoted me. Also, when they removed the retainer they took the extra time/care to remove some build-up of plaque beneath the retainer which they could have easily said wasn't their job.The whole office was extremely friendly and welcoming. Would absolutely recommend to anyone."

"Love the staff and they truly worked with my daughter through the entire process of having braces. Their patience and willingness to explain to her what they were doing allowed her to feel apart of the process which gave her pride in taking care of her braces and teeth. She felt cool for having braces and not like an outcast with the ability to change her colors each visit (small for others but huge for a preteen). Absolutely will recommend Olsen Orthodontics to anyone who is searching for an orthodontist. They're very affordable and will always make the best recommendations for you or your family's treatment."
